"Hi there, I'm Isabelle Simon, personal and workplace consultant, and today we're going to address a little question we got that was a little, it was about how to starve yourself. Being a nutrition consultant, I must tell you starving yourself, if you really want to do it, just stop eating, that's the easiest way of doing it; however, I don't recommend it. If your goal is to lose wait or detoxify, there are many ways of doing so under the supervision of either a doctor or a specialist, like a registered dietitian, or nutritionist, or even a nurse who can help you do that. But starving yourself, when you don't eat for several days, you know what's going to happen, you're not going to last very long. So that is definitely not what something that I would recommend. But if you decide to maybe cleanse your system, detoxify and do a fast, there is many ways of doing it that can be one day, three days, ten days, I would not recommend anything longer than that, and again, before you do anything like this, talk to a specialist, because they will be able to assess what is best for you. So what work for somebody else may not be applicable to you. It is very crucial that you do this under the supervision of a specialist. So that will help detoxify, loose wait, feel better, get more stamina, but in terms of starving yourself, forget it, that would be my recommendation. I'm Isabelle Simon, your personal and workplace wellness consultant. See you soon on some more healthy tips."
