Hi there. If you are looking to have a perfect body, and are you wondering how to get there? Well, I'm here to help. I'm Isabelle Simon. I am a wellness consultant. Today, we're going to learn how to get a perfect body, fast, but first of all, what type of perfect body do you want? Do you want a supermodel type of perfect body? or do you want a bodybuilder type of perfect body? It depends on your definition of what is a perfect body, but I will stick with what I consider a perfect body, which is a healthy body. It doesn't necessarily mean you're going to have very bulky muscles, and you're going to be on the front page of Vogue, but you'll be healthy. First thing first, I truly believe that good health and good body, begins with good nutrition, a balanced nutrition composed of proteins, mixed fruits and vegetables. Combine lots of colors. The more colors you have on your plate, the more nutrients you get. That will get you to good health, and a good body, perfect body, in my definition of it. Lots of water, water is what cleans the body, helps get rid of the toxins. Hydrate your body, helps the brain function properly, the skin looks great, the hair is shiny, and you feel energized, and you sleep well, so those are some basics. Exercise, it doesn't have to be exercise at the gym necessarily. Be active, do something fun. Run with the dog, run with the kids, go to the beach, run outside, if you want, or ride your bike, go kayaking, whatever you want, just be active. Do something fun, relaxing. Relaxation is a very important thing. If you're very stressed, your body is going to be super tensed, and then you're going to hold onto all the garbage and toxins, that you shouldn't do, so just relax, have fun, do something fun. Go with your friends out, do whatever you want, but relax, so eat and drink clean, sleep well, have fun, and those are your basic tools, to have the perfect body. I hope you learned a few tips today.
