The best bet, and the best way for you to utilize apple cider vinegar, is to mix it with a glass of water, a twelve to sixteen ounces glass of water. You mix one to two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, and then you drink it, before a meal is best, either before lunch,or before dinner. The idea of utilizing the apple cider with the water, is several things. One, it helps clean your system, and make your digestive tract more alkaline. When we eat, the stomach produces a certain type of acid to help digest the food, but sometimes it's a little too much, and then instead of getting rid of the toxins, we keep them in. Therefore, we keep the weight, or the fats that we don't want to keep, so the apple cider vinegar mixed with the water, will help with that. It will also help stop cravings, so if you find yourself having a sweet tooth, that will help with that as well.
