If you're looking to start a weight loss program, and are looking for some easy does it, little ways of doing it, I am here to help. I'm Isabelle Simon, your personal and workplace wellness consultant, and today, we're going to learn how to use apple cider vinegar, for weight loss. The best bet, and the best way for you to utilize apple cider vinegar, is to mix it with a glass of water, a twelve to sixteen ounces glass of water. You mix one to two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, and then you drink it, before a meal is best, either before lunch,or before dinner. The idea of utilizing the apple cider with the water, is several things. One, it helps clean your system, and make your digestive tract more alkaline. When we eat, the stomach produces a certain type of acid to help digest the food, but sometimes it's a little too much, and then instead of getting rid of the toxins, we keep them in. Therefore, we keep the weight, or the fats that we don't want to keep, so the apple cider vinegar mixed with the water, will help with that. It will also help stop cravings, so if you find yourself having a sweet tooth, that will help with that as well. Now, don't go overkill, in putting lots of vinegar with your dressings and everything that you cook, because the effect will not be the same, when you mix it with oil. The composition changes a little bit, or if you heat it up, and cook with it, the chemistry will change a little bit, and it won't have the same effect, so your best bet to utilize apple cider vinegar for weight loss, is a couple of tablespoons with a glass of water. I hope you learned a few tips today. I'm Isabelle Simon, your personal and workplace wellness consultant. See you soon.
