"If you are suffering from any kind of pain, you are like many people, but here today we are going to learn what is dull pain. Dull pain is, you know, a kind of pain that is not that strong, and here I'm going to use a little chart to explain the various stages of pain. If you have pain that is, you know, you can barely notice how it doesn't stop you from doing anything during the day, that would be between Level one and two, here in those little faces; and dull pain is actually the one that is located around the three, four area. It is a pain that is there. It doesn't really stop you from doing your normal activities during the day, but you can feel it. Sometimes it gets a little, more, you know, noticeable than other times, and it's something that seems to be always there kind of nagging, you know, there. It's not really, you know, throbbing or burning sensation, but it's kind of, you know, let's say, you have a dull pain in your shoulder when you move your shoulder, you kind of feel like a little uncomfortable. That is what dull pain is, and several things that you can do to alleviate that dull pain; chances are dull pain many times are caused by being dehydrated. So, make sure you drink plenty of water and that dull pain, chances are, will go away. And that's it. Today we learned what dull pain is. I hope you learned a couple of things.
