How to Get Rid of Big Welting Zits

"Did you wake up this morning and find that you had a third eye? Or maybe you look like Rudolf. My name is Keeley Selvage with Keeley Skin Solutions. I've been a clinical aesthetician for over half a decade and I'm going to talk to you about how to get rid of a big welting zit. Now the first thing you want to do is make sure that the area is completely clean before you start messing with it. And if it's big and a little bit round around the area, that means that there is infection present. So if you want to make sure that, like I said the area is clean, maybe even take a bath and some Epson Salt. Maybe take a towel, a hot towel with some Epson Salt, put it on the area, that's really going to help it and take away some of that infection. So I've cleaned the area and then what I'm going to do is I'm going to steam it, little bit with a hot steamy towel. Or what you can also do is maybe do the extraction of the zit after you get out of the shower. That way the shower has been warmed and the steam has soften the tissue and open up the pores a little bit. So that's really going to help. So you want to do that for at least five minutes and then what I'm going to do is I use a little lancet, it's kind of like a little needle. Some use a sterilize safety pin, but you can get this really at any drug store. People use them to check their blood pressure or their sugar. So what you want to do is you're going to give it just a little pug, don't put it in there deep. You're not performing surgery, just a little pug. "You feel that"? "Just a little". Just a little, you barely feel it. And then, you just want to gently squeeze like this. The best thing that you can do too is use some tissues. Wrap them around your fingers and you're going to pull the skin tight and then you're going to push it together like that. Your fingers are going to go like this and they're going to wiggle. Or like this and wiggle. Never like this. So you want to gently squeeze it from different directions until all the puss comes out and you can know that all the infection is gone when clean blood comes out. I know that sounds horrible, but it does happen. Clean blood will come out, there will be no clear fluid and you'll make sure that that is all gone. After that you want to tone it and moisturize it to protect it and you should be good for the day.
