Our hands can show our age just like our face can. My name is Keeley Selvage with Keeley Skin Solutions. I've been a clinical aesthetician for over half a decade, and I'm going to talk to you about how to get rid of wrinkles on our fingers. Now, the first thing to remember is use the same products that you use on your face -- those anti-aging products. They're really going to help your hands out, too. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to show you a little routine that you can do at night to help diminish those wrinkles on your fingers. Okay. Now, we have our model here. She already have cleansed skin on her hands, and I'm just going to make my own exfoliant. I have a little bit of raw sugar and a little bit of oil, and we're going to exfoliate the skin. You can use any kind of oil. You can use olive oil. You can use almond oil. Coconut oil. And you're going to spend about five minutes exfoliating. Now, what exfoliation does is, of course, it helps to reveal the more youthful glowing skin, but it also stimulates collagen, which we know plumps the skin and fills out our wrinkles. So then we're going to rinse that. Remember, you want to spend about five minutes doing that, and really work those fingers. And then, I have a mask. Now, you can use a hydrating mask, an anti-aging mask. This mask is from the Dead Sea. It has wonderful Dead Sea minerals that are very, very nourishing, and it also has acidified amino acids. Those are going to be exfoliating, stimulating that collagen. And I'm just going to spread it on there. Get it in the little cracks and the creases. Get your cuticles. And you want that mask to sit on there for about 10 minutes. Relax, take a bath. Let it sink in. Okay. So after 10 minutes, you want to go ahead and you want to rinse that mask off. Rinse it thoroughly, maybe under some warm water. Never hot or cold. Avoid soaps also because soaps are going to dry the skin. And after you do that, you want to use an anti-aging moisturizer. Then what you can do is at night, sleep in some gloves. You can find some gloves at Wal-Mart -- anywhere -- that you can sleep in and they're going to hold that moisture in. Also, make sure you wear your sunscreen. My name is Keeley Selvage with Keeley Skin Solutions, and that is how you get rid of wrinkles on your fingers.
