"Hi, my name is Brook Kramer, and I'm the financial aid officer at Argosy University in Salt Lake City, and today I'm going to let you know how to apply for financial aid in Georgia, and pretty much Georgia is very similar to Utah in their financial aid policies. The very first thing you're going to need to do is complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid at www.fafsa.ed.gov. You're going to need your most recent tax returns, as long as your parents if you are a dependent student. Once you complete the FAFSA your information about what you qualify for will be sent to your university of choice, and they will contact you to notify you what you have been awarded. Once you receive your award letter, you can then see what you qualify for in loans and also in grants if you are eligible, and you can either reduce the amount you would like to use, or accept or decline the amount you would like to use. Once you do this, then the school will go ahead and certify your loans and let your lender know that you are ready to receive your loans. If you have any other questions, please feel free to check out our website at www.argosy.edu."
