"On this segment we'll talk about the status for filing your taxes. If you're single, unmarried you file as single. If you are married you file as married filing joint. You may also file as married filing separate, and that means you will file separate from your spouse. On page one of your tax return there's a little box under your name and address. At that box is what you check off for your status. As a single person you just mark that. If you're filing as married filing joint, or any other manner you file, you'd mark the box on that. Thank you very much."
