"We'll talk about how to deal with the IRS. If you get a letter from the IRS, read it completely. Try to understand what it says and what they're asking you. That's the main thing, if you understand what it says. If you have a little trouble with it, call the phone number on the letter. If you feel like you still need some help, call Shirley or a tax practitioner or the person that prepared your taxes that year that they're asking about. Because you're going to need help with doing this right. Mostly they just have a few small things that they want answers to and if you answer them correctly and timely you're going to be in good shape. Don't ever ignore a letter from the IRS. Always respond. Thank you."
