"Hi, I'm Rachel Yatuzis, and I'm going to show you how to polish a brass chandelier. With brass chandeliers, you want to use a good metal polish. A lot of times it's just dusty, so you might want to go over it first with a dry rag, and then find your favorite metal polish. This is a green product, you know, it's non-toxic, biodegradable, doesn't leave streaks, things like that. This is a light fixture, it's not a chandelier, but the same method applies to, you know, any type of light fixture. You just want to spray some of your metal polish on to a cloth, preferably microfiber, it just works better. It really gets every surface of the metal. You want to wipe it off really well. If you have a tall husband and he's willing to help, you won't have to get a taller ladder, but if you've got to get a taller step stool, or a ladder, you know, you can do that, too. What ever it takes. The more you buff metal, the shiner it's going to be. And as long as you don't use something that's too abrasive, the brass will keep its color. And it's that simple. I'm Rachel Yatuzis, and that is how you polish a brass chandelier."
