Hi, I'm Rachel Yatuzis and I'm going to show you how to clean a fish tank. Big or small, it's pretty much the same process. You may need another person to help you if you have a larger tank. You want to remove the lid, first off. Take the rocks, and you know, anything inside the little you know, a lot of times, you have a little house or whatever, I always just dump all the contents into a colander so you don't have the rocks going down your sink. Next, put a little bit of soap on the rocks and work it around with your hand while the water's running over it. Make sure to rinse them clean 'til the water runs clear 'cause you don't want the soap in there with the fish. Squirt some soap into your fish tank. Put a little bit of water in it and wipe it with a sponge. Next, just rinse it out. Make sure everything is mixed really well. Dry it. Add your chemicals, whatever you need to dechlorinate the water, put the fish back in there, and that's how you do it. I'm Rachel Yatuzis and that is how you clean a fish tank.
