"Hi, I'm Rachel Yotuzis and I'm going to tell you how to clean and organize a teenager's bedroom. Teenagers tend to collect a lot of things and be a little less apt to throw things away. I know when I was a teenager, I wanted to keep everything. Whether it be a prize I won at the carnival or a fish tank that hadn't been used in three years. They want to keep everything. So make sure that you have lots of storage containers to keep all this junk out of sight. Otherwise, they're going to have clutter built up on their dresser or any open, flat space they can find. You can buy storage containers like this if you're willing to spend a little more money. They look nice and it's okay to keep them out in the open because they're cool, their fashionable. They're just, they're easy on the eyes. Or you can go for the plastic thing if you're going to stick them under the bed, stick them in the closet. Out of site, out of mind type thing; go on and buy the cheaper ones that are plastic. Also, buying furniture that has hidden storage, like this desk that looks like a book shelf, is perfect. Anything, the more storage space the better. And the more you can get stuff out of site, the better. The room can still look like a really beautiful part of your house, as long as you don't let the clutter build up too much. So after you're done with that, just go through, dust, vacuum, dust the ceiling fan, make the bed and things like that, like you would your room. And as long as you got the little things and the clutter out of the way, it should look perfect. I'm Rachel Yatuzis and that is how you clean and organized a teenager's bedroom."
