"Mangoes! When I think about mangoes I think about the islands, some good music, good times. I'm Jawara the chef, and today, I'm going to show you how to peel your mangoes. Good for your health, nice and sweet, and when you slice em' you can really smell the freshness in em'. Those are mangoes. First thing we going to do we get a nice sharp paring knife to cut off the ends. Now I'm gettin' ready to peel my mango. You can either use a paring knife or a peeler. I will use a peeler to remove the skin from the mango. Oh, I can smell this sweet fragrance of this mango. That's what I'm talkin' about; ah nice, beautiful, beautiful, the sweetness, but you got to be a little careful because they will get a little slippery on you, these mangoes. Now, I done finished peelin' my mango. Ah, it just smells like a fresh bouquet of flowers. Smell that aroma, very nice, very nice. It's time to slice the mango. You gotta' get very close to that pit as you can. Be very careful with the sharp knife. Don't worry about gettin' in too deep and stuff. Just slice it, be very careful, and it's very slippery there. You still got to maintain the balance on it. Done with the pit. Now, you can either leave it like this here so you can eat if you want to, or you can just slice it for your salsa, and slice it in little squares and everything. I'm Jawara the chef. That's how you peel and slice your mango. Mmm, that's what I'm talkin' about, very nice, very nice, very nice."
