Is there a resource for sermons for Christian believers? I believe that there is beginning with talking to your pastor or your priest about the resources that your faith tradition provides for you. There are many different resources for different denominations. Some of those is like the Pilgrim Press. The Pilgrim Press is an excellent for the more liberal wing of the of the church, while at the same time adhering to the biblical basis of the puritan fathers upon which they were based. The next one would be for the Orthodox. It's St. Vladimir's Press, which is from St. Vladimir Seminary on in the eastern part of The United States. Very excellent for eastern orthodox sermons, as well as teachings. The next one would be Ave Maria Press; would be another one for the Roman Catholic Church. And I think that this one is an excellent resources for all types of Christian believers, but you will find some good messages here from different persons, as well. And then finally, from Cokesbury, you will find in the Cokesbury tradition which also does Presbyterian, The Disciples of Christ, and The United Methodist Church as being very important for having different types of sermon materials for reading sermons, as well. And I want to encourage you not to forget used bookstores, and then to get into used bookstores then you go back to in some of the old classics. And here you have two of them by one of the popular teachers in the twentieth century, Warren Wiersbe, Listening to the Giants, and Walking With the Giants. Two books that can still be found in some bookstores, but basically, in used bookstores as well. And I think you will find that these books nurture you, and give you some good indications about where to find Christian sermons to be able to read and to study.
