Homeowners insurance is offered through the AARP as American Association of Retired Persons which is the largest non-profit organization in the United States and they do offer homeowners insurance as well as other insurance products. Their homeowners insurance is offered through The Hartford. They offer insurance for these senior citizens who do fit within the AARP group. Typically the homeowners insurance will cover things like someone's injured on your property, if your house burns down, if structures are broken or damaged. However it will not provide basic homeowners policies will not provide in the event of an earthquake or flood or some certain catastrophic events of that nature.
