If not if early medical retirement has something to do with your employment, then the best place to look obviously would be with your human resource director, in your contracts or if you're a union member, talk to the union. If it's about disability, then obviously you need to talk with the social security folks. You need to have a doctor who is certifying that you are incapable of working. This is a process. It's going to require you to do a little homework and it's going to require paperwork.
