"Hi, I'm Roger Groh. We're here today, to talk about how to get a credit card, even if you really don't have credit, good enough credit to get one. Well, maybe you're older, and haven't had any credit in many, many years, and so you have no credit history, or maybe you just haven't paid your bills in the past, and you have really bad credit. In the old days, that really knocked you out of the box, in terms of your ability to get credit. Nowadays though, there are any number of companies, willing to make very small loans to folks, even who have marginal credit. In some cases, they ask for guarantees on that, which is ok, and usually it would be a very good thing, to take one of those cards, for very small amounts of money, a hundred dollars, two hundred dollars, fifty dollars, very small amounts of money, and start to pay back those credit card payments on time. The reason is, that they'll then report them to the databases, which track credit payments. Your credit history will start to look good, after a year or two, and then you won't have any trouble at all, as long as you've made those payments on time, getting your next credit card at a lower rate of interest, and in larger amounts, so I'm Roger Groh, and that's how you get a credit card without credit."
