"Hi, my name is Bill Rae. I'm a licensed agent here in the state of Florida and have been in the business for well over twenty years. The question is, "What is Florida's no fault insurance?" Excellent question. Sounds to me like somebody moving into Florida. But, let's answer the question. What is Florida no fault insurance? Florida's no fault insurance consists predominantly of what we call PIP, personal injury protection. Under the Florida no fault, it simply means that any and all health bills will be paid regardless of who's at fault. That is Florida no fault insurance. Here in the state of Florida it is mandatory that you have insurance on any vehicle operating in the state of Florida. If you're behind the wheel, you're the one responsible. So that's Florida no fault. Basically it's PIP, personal injury protection. My name is Bill Rae and I'm helping you build wealth."
