Video Transcript

"Hi, my name is Bill Rae. I'm a licensed life agent and have been in the business for well over 20 years. And the question is, what about problems with life insurance? Let me try to clarify the question, if I could. If you're talking about you have problems with a life insurance policy you bought, you should direct them to the insurance company itself. That's the first step. If you're having trouble with them, all states have some type of agency that you can report problems and claims to. My suggestion, look them up and call them. If not, call an agent, see if they can help you out. Better yet, try and reach the agent that originally sold it to you in the first place. If the question is, what are the problems with life insurance policies, as a general question, then perhaps you're asking, have I bought the right life policy? Well, you know what? The problem with most life policies today, is people haven't reviewed them. People really haven't decided why they have the policy in the first place. You know, life insurance isn't always about death, it's a great deal more. So, my suggestion, pull it out, dust it off, review it. My name is Bill Rae, and I'm helping you build wealth."
