"Hi, my name is Reka Morvay, I'm a psychologist and I'm going to talk to you today about how to make friends in high school. Making friends anywhere, not just in high school is something that's best or most easily done in an environment that you already feel comfortable in. So if you have an activity that you enjoy so maybe you like drama, and you're a member of drama club or maybe you like sports and you're on a sports team, then these are really obvious and easy ways to make friends with people. Otherwise you have to be a little bit more organized in your efforts to meet people and be really friendly and really open and go and try to have conversations with as many people as possible and this way you will most certainly be able to find somebody that you can develop a mutual friendship with. The shared experiences bring people together so whether or not you're part of something organized through school or not, participating in events or activities with others is a surefire way to get closer to them and perhaps to make some friends."
