"Hi, my name is Reyonna Orr and I've been a stylist for more than ten years. My shop is in East Point, Michigan. And I'm here to tell you how to grow afro hair long. What's important about growing afro hair long is picking it. Just using a general pick, it doesn't matter if it's metal or if it's plastic to pick the hair out daily. This ensures that all lint is out as well as it keeps the hair as straight as possible. It's also very important when growing afro hair long to keep it washed. I would generally recommend shampooing the hair weekly for afro hair about this length. It is also very important to ensure that the scalp is oiled. To oil the scalp you simply will part it and place the oil directly on the parts. You do this through out the entire head. It's best to do this at night so that you won't have a very oily head. What you want to do a night when you're growing your afro is assuming that it's long enough you'll plat it straight to the scalp on the way to the ends. This will ensure there's very little breakage. I'm Reyonna Orr and this is how to grow afro hair long."
