Hi, my name is Dave Andrews. Today, I'm going to talk to you about affordable laptop computers. Now, if you're in a store and you're looking at laptop computers, they'll usually range from between six hundred dollars to a thousand dollars. Your midrange computers are going to be about seven hundred to eight hundred dollars and what you're going to want to look at on your laptop computer is basically what you want out of it. Are you going to use it for you know email and Internet? If that's the case, you can choose to go with one of the lower end ones that will be you know five hundred or six hundred dollars. If you want one that's going to be more for video games or audio video development things like that, you're actually going to probably need one of the higher end laptops that can cost you a little bit more. One option is available to you though for affordability is to buy manufacturer refurbished laptop. Now, one thing to keep in mind with these is that they've been recertified and refurbished by the manufacturer and a lot of these laptops that they had in the first place really didn't have a whole lot wrong with them. There was just a warranty case where it had to be replaced because they couldn't judge the problem over the telephone with their customer. So, they just replace their laptop or computer and so the laptops that they get in are actually very high quality. I'm going to show you how to search for those refurbished laptops now. Let's go to our computer and what we want to do is we want to go to the Dell Outlet store. So, search Google for Dell Outlet and that's probably going to be one of the first ones you see. It says Dell Outlet Refurbished Computers and Refurbished Laptops. Now, make sure that you're on Dell.com in your browser up here instead of some kind of reseller or somebody trying to look like Dell. You're actually on Dell.com. Let's click on outlet laptops and notebooks for home and home office and these are basically laptops that have been send back to the manufacturer but have been refurbished. If you want one of the audio video or gaming laptops, their going to be kind of on the higher in here. Those are your XPS laptops and you're basically your good quality home laptops are the Inspiron and the Inspiron Mini Laptops. So, let's click continue there. Let's scroll down here and you can obviously choose kind of what you're looking for in their list here. The Minis are ultra portable but you're probably going to want for just normal use these thin and light or these mainstream fifteen inch laptops. I'm going to go to fifteen inch.
