Aside from the fact of all your licenses involved, you need to think about your staff, paying your staff, the purchasing of the alcohol, your advertisement, your utilities, your entertainment, whether it be a live band or a DJ of some sort. Utilities, taxes, mortgage, payroll and when I'm talking about payroll we're talking about your wait staff if you have waiters, your bartenders, your bar backs, your security, your bouncers, valet if your bar, restaurant or club has valet available. So these are just a few things that you need to seriously consider if you're thinking about going into the bar, restaurant or nightclub business.
