You don't want to be in a residential, so once you found your location, you gotta make sure that thee building is up to code, that one of the issues there would be if the fire marshal comes in and he pretty much lets you know like the capacity that the building can hold, so you need to have adequate space to house your clientele. You need to require thee proper licensing, so you need to go to your city and get the city license, thee inquire about thee state license. And it'll be in your best interest to make sure that your staffing has the proper certification or permits in order to serve alcohol, and these are just couple of things that you need to look into when you're opening up a night club.
