Hi, this is Rachael Richardson with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip, we're talking about food and nutrition management. And actually all registered dietitians go through two sections of their curriculum, one is clinical nutrition, and the other is food management. So working in a hospital kitchen, and working with sort of the, both the financial end of managing a kitchen, as well as the health end of serving patients the right foods to help control, and hopefully reverse their health conditions. So this is a jacket that I would wear, that I brought out, even though I don't work in a kitchen anymore, that I did wear when I was doing my studies. And I think that for a lot of people, a lot of women, and men, this field really is very interesting to them, because they get to really work almost like a chef in a kitchen. Working on managing costs, working on food production, working on delivery systems, to the patients in the hospital, making sure that things get delivered, in a timely manner, that they're hot, and that people know the hospital are giving food that makes them feel good.
