"Hi, this is Rachael Richardson, with Nutrolution, in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip, we're talking about how to create a healthy diet plan. And since your diet is the core of our bodies it's very, very important how we eat, as you know. One thing that you can always do that I think is very, very helpful is to consult a nutritionist, and so we are skilled and trained at understanding what we need in our diet, and how to obtain that. But, if you're not able to do that for any reason then definitely start with these tips. Make sure that you're getting enough protein. Make sure that you're including vegetables and fruit every day. It can be ordinary fruits, or it can be something fun like this star fruit, which is a favorite fruit of mine that I've been enjoying recently. And make sure that you're getting healthy fats in your diet, so things like nuts, avocados, olives, olive oil, some butter, some organic butter. So, those are the three major points are protein, vegetables and fruits, and healthy fats; making sure you're including those, and reducing all of your processed foods is the best way to create a healthy diet plan.
