Hi this is Rachael Richardson with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip we're talking about how you can make yourself lighter. So I've brainstormed a few different things that you can do, and the very first thing is starting with breathing. So as you breathe, you bring in more oxygen and you actually make yourself lighter, just like you would float in the water if you have more oxygen inside of you. But getting down to more nutritional remedies for making yourself lighter, one thing that I recommend is increasing your water and even starting to detoxify a little bit. So as you remove toxins from your cells, you're going to clear out some of that weight and especially some of that dead weight, which is the weight that you want to clear out. One product that I use to help detoxify is this one called Paleocleanse. And this actually does something called upregulate stage one detoxification, which is actually taking the toxins from your cells and removing them into the blood stream. So, while you're doing that of course you absolutely need to drink lots of water, do light exercise and many other things to help make sure that your body is cleansing.
