Hi, I'm Laura from youngwritersworkshops.com and I'm going to talk about writing an evaluation paper. And evaluation paper contains your opinion, and it also contains your arguments for why that opinion should be believed. So you start with stating your point of view or your position, then you give some evidence so each of the paragraphs below your topic paragraph or your opening paragraph are going to be dedicated to one point that supports your point of view, or includes some of your evidence. So, use the body of this evaluation paper mainly to support your point of view with evidence and then your concluding paragraph, your final paragraph will restate your point, and then also say that this has been proven in the above paper. And, again, reinforce that people should believe that your point, or go by your evaluation. So, start with a topic sentence. Support it with evidence, and, sum it up clearly with your concluding paragraph. And those are some ideas about how to write an evaluation paper.
