"Hi, my name is Joel Canfield. I work for Capital Cardiovascular Specialist in Austin, Texas and I'm going to talk today about what a Cardiology Administrator does. Essentially, a Cardiology Administrator is, runs the business focused activities for a Cardiology medical practice. Now what that breaks down to is there's a whole area focused that has to be maintained to run a business that's non-focus on the clinical aspect. So you got the Cardiologist working to service the patients and make sure they deliver right care, in an efficient manner and our focus would be to help make sure the business maintains its fluidity and bring efficiency and eventually revenue to the doctors. Specific areas to focus on internals that would be the human resources management, financial consulting, accounting function; very specifically the cash flow management as it relates to the insurance companies and the, the third party reimbursements and essentially, in a very global sense, just helping the business guide in a direction to make the business casual."
