So, a tricep extension can be performed many a different ways, okay. What a tricep extension is a tricep extension is a a exercise used to help isolate your triceps, okay. Now, as far as with that, okay, we can do what's called a overhead tricep extension, okay, where we're going to use just one arm and one dumbbell, ok. We're going to keep our back straight, chest up. We want to keep our elbow stationary here, and then we're going to extend straight up, squeezing our tricep, okay. We also have a tricep extension here, okay, where we can bend over. This is also called a kick back, or we can bed over here, and you want to make sure that your chest is up, okay, back is straight, and then you keep your elbow straight up here. And then, we're going to want to extend straight back, squeezing our tricep.
