"So as far as the cost of a personal trainer. That's going to, it's going to depend on where you're getting your personal training from; whether you go to a gym or maybe you're privately run studio or maybe you have strength conditioning coach or maybe you have an army drill sergeant or whatever. So as far as cost and prices and things like that, usually if you're going to, you know, like a private, a private studio or gym or anything like that, your personal training sessions can range from anywhere from about forty to maybe like ninety dollars an hour. And that's just going to depend on you know, how many buy, what kind of deals that the particular corporation has or those different locations, those different people, trainers or whatever going to dictate you for prices."
