I'm Roger Groh. We're here today to talk about how to build your corporate credit without any personal guarantees. Well, step number one; think small. Go on get a credit card in your company's name for five hundred dollars or two hundred dollars and then make the payments on time. Sound silly; but it will establish your credit and more importantly, on time payments for you. Second step is, take advantage of the programs within the state and city where you live; where they actually lend money to companies with no guarantees. It certainly happens a lot in businesses that they're trying to establish in that community. Maybe it's a green automobile business. Maybe it's a film business. Maybe it's a home building business where today, there is significant interest in re-establishing that. So that's how you go about building corporate credit histories with no personal guarantees.
