"Hi my name is Reka Morvay, I'm a psychologist and I'm going to talk to you today about how to introduce your boyfriend to your parents. Now this is an important decisions when to get the two or three people in your life that you care about to meet one another and I think the answer of how to get this meeting to take place really depends on the kind of people that your parents are and the kind of person that your boyfriend is. If your parents are really old fashioned, traditional, for whom it makes a big difference under what circumstances they meet your boyfriend then you probably want to put a little more planning into it and figure out maybe they could invite your boyfriend over for dinner or do something formal like that. If your parents are very casual and don't put much into ceremonies like that, then running together after school and just briefly introducing them maybe when they pick you up after school would probably be sufficient. So it really depends on the kind of people involved. So if you know that some of them are more formal then perhaps it would be best to lean towards more formal introduction, but if they are all very casual, then a casual meeting would probably be something that suits everyone best."
