This is John Pinelli, financial representative, talking to you today about some of the top brokerage firms. There's a lot of brokerage firm out there right now. Some, obviously, more reputable than others. There's everything from firms that offer traditional trades, where you call up your broker and make that trade, to firms that are strictly on line brokerages, where you're making your trades through the computer at your home or your office, wherever. Some of the top brokerages that have been considered since the 1950's are firms like Meryl Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Paine Webber and Bear Stearns. And then, on the side of newer brokerages, maybe, that have been able to penetrate that share of market by offering discounted commissions have been some smaller brokerages online, such as E-Trade, Scottrade. There's a number of them out there. And one thing to consider when looking at a brokerage to go with is, one, that fits your individual preferences. If you're looking for something that's going to provide you with ease of use and quick trades and cost you less, the online brokerages may be the way to go. But, if you're looking for somebody that's going to provide you with some advice, somebody that's going to execute the trades when you want them and in the best possible benefit for you, you may want to go with a more reputable brokerage.
