"This is John Pinelli. I'm a financial representative, and today, we're going to be talking about the advantages and disadvantages of investments. The advantages of investments are, it's going to provide you a return on your dollar. You put money in, and at the end of the day, you want to see that, that dollar is doing something for you. You're getting some sort of return on that investment. Some disadvantages may be that the return that you're getting, is going to generally have, carry some sort of risk involved. When you make an investment, you are taking a bit of a risk, putting your money out there, and in essence, gambling a bit to see if that return generally formulates. An advantage of investing, is that you're not just sticking your money under a mattress. You're actually getting that return on your dollar, returning something to you, and it can turn out to be quite profitable in some cases, so this has been John Pinelli, financial representative, talking about the advantages and disadvantages of investments."
