This clip, we're going to go over how to stay in the best shape for the upcoming snowboard season. Okay guys, it's not rocket science. Skateboarding, surfing, wake boarding are great ways to cross train. Those are great ways to keep your balance, very familiar with toe to heel response. As well as the boarding sports, biking, playing soccer, Pilates, yoga, stretching out, keeping your body limber. Your quads are very important, your calves, your hamstring, but still don't forget your upper body. Lifting weights keeping your shoulders strong, keeping your back muscles strong and your abdomen. Pulling yourself up, pushing yourself up, having an upper body fall, this is going to help keep those injuries that normally put people in the E.R., you're going to be able to recover from them faster, keep riding, not near as beat up or bruised. It's very important to stay active throughout the summer so that your winter, you're going to be right on point from the first day to the last day.
