"Hi, my name is John Niemira and I'm here on the Salt Lake City Campus of the Steven Henager College, and what I wanted to talk to you today about a small business plan, how you can develop a business plan for your small business. Best way to start is to get a format. The existing business plan or on a format for a business plan, see what they're including in the in the headers, and all of the ah sectional informations. It's about twelve to fourteen sections in the business plan. The reason you want a business plan is direction for your business. You are either starting a new business, or you're looking for funding for a business, usually thee only two reasons for a business plan. All business's need a business plan. It gives you direction in goals to shoot for. To actually write the business plan, take a look at an existing business plan, or a format for a plan. It is a detailed list of information about who your customers are, what your product is, who you're going to sell your product or service to. Once you have established, once you have an established base of customers already, financing for it, and many many details about your business and where you're going.
