Hello, I'm Dr. Deborah Wheeler. I'm the vice president of academic affairs at Argosy University on the Salt Lake City campus and I'm here to talk to you today about how to find computer classes for seniors in your local area. If you're looking for computer classes, there are several places you can start. One is your local library. Visit with your local librarians and they'll be happy to refer you for services and information on computer classes. You might also try your local community college. They often have adult education programs and specific courses just for training on computer classes. You could also try the local workforce board. They offer services to adults on ways to learn new techniques, learn new training and get you ready to go out into the workforce. They have computer classes as well. You might also try your local computer store. The computer stores are full of experts who can guide you in the right direction and hook you up with those classes. Finally you can check online, do a search online, you can order training programs by mail, have them delivered to your home or you might find an online course that's just right for you. And if you'd like more information, we'd be happy to direct you to additional resources. You can contact us at argosy.edu.
