There are many different waterpik accessories that can be utilized to help increase your ability with your oral hygiene in terms of brushing and flossing. Typically when you purchase a waterpik model, there will be some accessories that will be provided complimentary with the unit. They're usually basic ones that kind of help assist with flossing. However there are multiple accessories that you can buy in addition to the ones that are provided depending on what you want to use the waterpik for. The waterpik has always been though of as just strictly for assistance in flossing but there are new attachments out there that can assist with other things such as actually brushing the teeth, there are toothbrush attachments that you can use. Your waterpik can not only be a flosser but it can also serve as a toothbrush. There's other things you can use to help remove debris, not just from the teeth and the gums but also the tongue. There are special attachments that can be put on that will help remove debris on the tongue which would often times contribute to bad breath. Anything basically within your oral cavity can be removed with some sort of accessory that waterpik provides. One of the most basic ones that we see on the attachments that are provided is just a way of regulating the pressure. So if someone that only wants a little bit of pressure can change the little nozzle attachment out and adjust the pressure. It's not just the gauge on the actual unit but also the tip can actually control one the pressure of the water and two, how the water pressure is applied and certainly again, there are other attachments that can be utilized in addition to that such as a toothbrush or a tongue scraper.
