"Hey. I'm Ashleigh Gass with brilliantathlete.com. So just what muscles does an elliptical machine work? Right now, I'm on an elliptical machine, and primarily it's my heart and my lungs that are going to be worked. But as you can see, I'm using my legs and my arms. So this is actually a very good workout for your quads, for your butt, for your calves, and your arms. I can make this more difficult simply by increasing the level of difficulty. And then, I've got to work my legs harder and I've got to work my arms a little bit harder, as well. So if you're looking to come into the gym and get a good aerobic workout with a little bit of strength as well, the elliptical machine just might be for you. Thanks. I'm Ashleigh Gass with brilliantathlete.com. Be healthy."
