If you find yourself in a position where you need to take an air ambulance or a transport, maybe you have a few questions. I'm Dan Carlson, I'm a nurse. And today we're going to go over How Much Does an Air Ambulance Cost? The answer is they're very expensive, ranging anywhere from fifteen thousand to over fifty thousand dollars, depending on where you're going, what kind of transport it is. And the thing you can look at is, they have quotes online that you can go onto, and check with an air ambulance. Maybe you just have to go there, and you're not in a real dire position where you need to get there now. Some transports will cost less based on what the problem is. If you're having severe cardiac problems, for example, and need to get somewhere now, then the price of it's going to go up and up. But what you get with an air ambulance is online, or the on board doctors. You get nurses, you get the pilot crew. And they're, basically, it's a hospital in the air to transport you from one place to another. As it's very expensive, though, it's not very often used, but, if you find yourself in a position where you need it, it can come in very handy in a necessary position. I'm Dan Carlson. Thank you.
