"If you're a smoker and you find yourself looking to quit smoking, there are ways to go about it. I'm Dan Carlson, I'm a nurse, and today we're going to talk about how to cleanse the body of cigarette smoking. First things first, you gotta quit. You gotta stop smoking entirely. Now, if you can't do it cold turkey, you might want to talk to your physician regarding certain medications or supplements you can take to help you in that process. He can also explain to you the kind of affects that you're going to have with withdrawal from smoking. Nicotine withdrawal, and stuff like that, what's going to happen. But the first main thing, you gotta quit. You gotta quit smoking. You can also drink lots of water to help flush all the bad things that smoking's put inside you out of your body. Try to keep a high anti-oxidant level, like drinks like tea. Certain juices are really high. Look for high anti-oxidant levels, and that'll help clear out...like a super recovery. Get it out of there real fast. Exercise a lot, maybe thirty minutes to an hour a day. That can help make you sweat all that stuff out again, too. So, drink water. Get your anti-oxidants. Talk to your doctor. But most importantly, quit smoking. I'm Dan Carlson. Thank you."
