"I'm Geordie with AT&T Spring. I'm going to show you how to buy a cellphone without purchasing a plan. Anywhere you go to that sells cellphones, you're able to buy the phone. It's what's called a no commitment purchase, you're not committing to any type of agreement, you're not getting yourself into any type of cellphone plan. The main difference between purchasing a cellphone on a no commitment cost and purchasing it with a plan is the pricing on a cellphone. The no commitment cost is what you'd be looking at buying a cellphone without a commitment without a plan, basically just buying new equipment, it's a different cost than buying it with equipment. So the 399 price as for example on this cellphone would be the price that you'd pay without agreeing to any type of terms and conditions without getting yourself binded into a contract and without agreeing to any monthly term. This is basically replacing a phone, purchasing a new phone, the price point's a little bit different, it's what the stores pay for the phones but you're not binding yourself in for any type of months."
