"I'm Geordie with AT&T Spring and I'm going to show you how to erase you cell phone data. I'm now going to show you how to reset or erase everything off of your cell phone. You need to go into menu system on your cell phone. On this particular cell phone you go to settings and then more settings, scroll down to reset settings. Go to where it says master clear from your handset and then it'll warn you that you're about to clear all the data off of your cell phone. This is where you hit yes to proceed, no to obviously not proceed. Then you enter a default pass code which is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Click OK. Sometimes the pass code could be different on different models or if you setup a particular pass code, this is where you then need to type in your pass code and then click OK to reset all the settings and it will say complete and now it's resetting all your settings clearing the data off of your phone."
