"Hi, I'm Amelia and I'm here to talk to you about ways to take care of your hair if it's thin. Now, thin hair needs a little bit more love and care. You're going to want to make sure that you're using a volumizing shampoo, a volumizing conditioner, or a very light leave-in conditioner, if you feel like a a regular conditioner is too heavy. When, when drying your hair, you're always going to want to use also some sort of volumizing product. Nothing with alcohol, 'cause the alcohol's just going to dry your hair out more. And even though your hair's fine and thin, it still does need some moisture. And then when you're drying your hair, you're going to want to dry that hair by blowing that hair in thee opposite direction that you wear it. Another thing to take into consideration is your color. If you have very, very fine, thin hair, you're probably going to want your color to be a little bit on the lighter side 'cause what it's going to do is it's going to mask being able to see the scalp. So like as you can see here, you can kind of see the scalp in some spots with this particular mannequin, and whereas with thee blond area, you can't really see the scalp that well. Now, I'm not recommending that everyone with thin hair go out and become a blond, but you can definitely lighten your hair up a shade or two and maybe even add some dimension, some highlights and that'll sort of mask it as well. Also that color will plump up the hair a little bit, giving you a lot more styling options. Also make sure that you have an excellent cut. You don't really want anything that has a lot of layering because that's just again, going to make that hair look on the flatter side. You're going to want nice, blunt lines, and if that means keeping it a little bit longer, just know that you know, you can always add a little more oomph with some bangs or some fringe around your face. And those are some ways to take care of your thin hair."
