"How to sell a house fast. The most important thing in selling a house very quickly is your pricing. Your pricing has got to be extremely aggressive, and especially in a slower market where where other home sales are going to be extremely competitive you need to price. Pricing is the biggest, biggest deal as far as as this is concerned. Now, there's a couple of different ways you can do this. Again, if you're working with a Realtor they're going to really quickly be able to tell you what prices are in the area, where your house lies in that whole scheme of things, and this is going to be something that you can do very quickly. If you're, if you're not and you were doing a "for sale by owner" this is something you can go down to the town hall to the County Clerk's office. So, if you're doing this on your own the County Clerk's office is a is a great place to go to to see pictures of houses that have sold, to see when these places have sold, and exactly how long it took. You'll be able to price your home very aggressively, and obviously an aggressive price means selling it for less than anything else that's on the market. And that's how you sell your house quickly."
