I'm Dan Carlson, I'm a nurse and this is support for caregiver of the elderly. A lot of people sometimes keep their parents in their home if they don't want to put them in to a nursing home or things like that. And it can be very trying time. What you'll need to do is just try to be there for that person. Listen to them, let them vent about their day. Offer your help where help is needed. Maybe that could be something as easy as doing a load of laundry. Filling up their care for them. Certain things, just try to get them out of the house and let them have a little free time as well. It can be a very stressful life if you, a lot of your life is revolving around taking care of the elderly. Just remind them to be patient you know, they need to be patient with the care giving that they are dong.
