"As a nurse you'll find yourself with a lot of options of where to go and what you want to do. I'm Dan Carlson, I'm a nurse and today we are going to talk about what are the different fields of nursing. Mainly you can go to the basics and you can be in a skilled nursing facility like a nursing home or obviously a hospital or a clinic setting. All very fun to work at. You can also do home health care or public health and that's when you actually drive out to people's places so they're more independence thing at home working with them out of their home. There's a lot of places like that to work with. You can work with children, there's a lot of specialization where you can work with certain parts of the body. Basically you'll be working under a specialized doctor and that's a lot of fun too. You get to stick with one thing though and that might get a little repetitive but the most fun ones, the general ones are working in the nursing homes, hospitals. You find yourself a lot of direct patient care and that gets to be a lot of fun. You learn a more wide variety of aspects of nursing. And about the health field in general. There's a lot of things to do in those fields and they are very rewarding all of them. So I'm Dan Carlson thank you very much."
