"If you're a person that's in need of a nurse or maybe a nursing facility needed more nurses. What you can do is look into maybe getting some help from a nursing agency. I'm Dan Carlson; I'm a nurse and today I'm going to tell you about what is a nursing agency. A nursing agency is private, a privately-own business with nurses on staff that can send people on to homes to take care of people or they can also send them to nursing facilities to help back up the staff if they're ever short. Nursing agencies always, in every states will always help bout it from any wide variety of jobs. They're trusted that they can do the hospital scene, that they can do the nursing home scene, that they can do home health care. That's part of being a home, a nursing agency, is that you're able to do all types of nursing. What most people think is that you have to be elderly to have nursing care from a nursing agency. That's not true. They'll help pretty much anybody in need out of their home or in that situation where they're going to be helping out; in a hospital or a skilled nursing facility like a home. So what you do is you got to look through the yellow book, look through the Internet, stuff like that, search up just nursing agencies and you should find a lot of heads in. You can look them up and see which one's right for you. They're very helpful in a lot of situation. I'm Dan Carlson. Thank you very much."
