"Hey how's it going my name is Billy Castro ex soccer pro and now a youth soccer coach for nearly ten years. We are going to go over how to do a rainbow kick. This is a very, very difficult move to perform in a game. But if you are outside and you are messing around and you want to learn how to do something fun, this is one of the best tricks out there. This is a Pele Maradona type trick. Let me demonstrate it for you. What I'm going to do is I'm going to come up flip the ball up over my shoulder, and catch it on the foot. What you want to do is you want to actually visualize that you are moving picking the ball up over your shoulder, over the other player and then move it around to score one of those hat trick goals. You are stepping over the ball, cupping the ball with your back foot to your heel, lifting the ball up a little bit with the back foot and flipping it with your back heel. So in real time there it is. Alright that was fun. And that's how you do a rainbow kick."
